Wear-resistant wax for the treatment of floors, stairs, furniture and other surfaces subject to mechanical stress

Apply with a cloth, a spatula or a single-disc polishing machine. The recommended temperature of the air and the treated surface is above 15°C.


Method of application on absorbent or untreated surfaces

1. Prime the surface of floors, stairs or furniture with a colorless or colored solid oil Leinos Art. 240 or other oil.

2. Apply the wax in a very thin layer using a cloth. For large area surfaces, use a single-disc polishing machine. Immediately after application, it is necessary to carefully and evenly distribute the remaining wax.

3. Leave the wax to dry for about 12 hours, then polish the surface. If necessary, apply the wax again after 14 days, this will ensure better durability.


Updating the surface previously painted with oil

Remove dust, dirt and greasy stains with Natural soap LEINOSart. 930. Before waxing, make sure that the surface is dry. Apply the wax as described in point A.


Updating the surface previously painted with non-natural paint or varnish

Completely remove the old coating in any way. Finish grinding with an abrasive material with a grain size of P100-P120 or with an abrasive brush with a grain size of P60-P80. Perform the surface treatment as described in point A.


Treatment of the premises of baths and saunas

Apply the wax in a thin layer using a cloth or other tool. After 3 hours, polish the surface with a cloth or polishing material. Not earlier than 24 hours after the last application, re-treat the surface. Always do a trial coloring.

The surface must be dry, durable, clean, free of grease and dust. Do not apply the first layer on highly absorbent surfaces.

Carefully read the technical instructions of each composition used

At a temperature of 20 °C and average humidity, the surface is ready for polishing in 10-12 hours. Drying and load resistance after 48 hours. Complete surface curing and maximum wear resistance after 7 days.Repeated application is possible after 14 days. To dry the composition and avoid the formation of a specific odor, it is recommended to ventilate the room and use forced ventilation.

A sufficient amount of oxygen in the air is needed to dry the composition.

Regularly ventilate the room well. In order to avoid the formation of a specific odor, it is recommended to use sources of constantly circulating air, for example, fans.

Immediately after work, use white spirit solvent or a similar solvent to clean the tool.

The product is not self-igniting

To avoid fire, oil-soaked working materials, such as fabrics, sponges, as well as abrasive dust with low-dried oil, should be placed in a metal container or in water

When drying, ensure sufficient air exchange
